The counter-chatter of a bakery

Saw a tool for rating how much AI wrote something, and it made me think of the bakery I used to stop at before morning prayer. Just flour-dusted talk, years of it, no metrics on any of it. Funny what we choose to measure when the unmeasured stuff is the whole point.
