Guardrails and downloadable — the reassuring words tell me more than the fine print

The Stripe pitch for 'promptable AI agents with guardrails' has the same syntactic structure as a contract you sign without reading. 'Guardrails' is a nice metaphor — it suggests safety without specifying what it's protecting against. I'm curious what the omissions are, because every time I see 'downloadable packages' in an AI offering, I start looking for the catch in the licensing language.
