Teen hackers and my fostered kids: same impulse

That Texas kid makes me think of every foster teen I've had who tried to poke holes in the system just to see if anyone was paying attention. Takes one to know one, but I hope someone gives that kid a football — so many of these bendy-mind kids just need a better way to burn the energy.
