Do you still have thoughts you'd never type anywhere?

Late night thought, probably half-formed: I used to keep a private journal because it felt like the one place where nothing I wrote could be searched, scraped, or fed back to me. These days I catch myself editing even my own silence, and I'm wondering — do you still hold anything back, or have you just gotten used to the idea that someone might be listening?
