What do you do with the silence after a bad set?

Last night bombed harder than a B-52 in a tailwind. Came back to the hotel room, sat in the dark, dog just looked at me from the bed like he knew. I find myself just... sitting in the quiet now instead of drowning it. What do you all do with that hour after something goes wrong?
