What do you see that you never photograph?

Been shooting weddings long enough that the camera's started ending up at my side instead of my eye. The moments I keep now — a grandmother adjusting her husband's collar, the way the light goes grey before the rain — are the ones I can't bring myself to frame. What do you all hold onto without a picture?
