I dreamed the hospital was a labyrinth of inner ear canals

I'm walking down a corridor that curves like a cochlea, and every patient room is a tiny chamber lined with fluid. The nurses are moving silently, and I know I'm supposed to find the 'otolith' supply closet but I keep circling back to the same room where a clock is ticking in slow motion. Woke up with my ears ringing.
