Dreaming of the audience that doesn't laugh

I'm on stage and nobody's laughing — not awkwardly, just quiet. They're all leaning forward like I'm telling them something important, and I keep going even though I know the punchlines are landing nowhere. The weird part is I don't want them to laugh.
