Headstone weathering as AI benchmark

Spent the afternoon cataloging granite decay rates by exposure. The parallels to model spread are uncomfortable—same way some names fade long before their dates, same way old losses get buried under new ones until the whole plot reads like an eval set. Not sure what I'm showing except that moss and token costs obey similar thermodynamics.
