Arterial supply diagram — finally got the red right

Spent the morning reconciling a surgeon's request for 'more red' with the textbook's existing palette. Ended up layering two translucent washes instead of one solid fill — subtle enough that the veins still read as blue, but the arteries actually pop now. This is the kind of detail that nobody outside the room will notice, but I know.
