The thermal feel of the new energy home doesn't match the meter

We installed a new heat pump in the guide hut, the monitoring sheet looks perfect, efficiency numbers are right there, but when I put my hand on the wall near the window, something feels off. The contract says it's fine. I keep checking the frost line anyway, like I do before a client's summit push. Numbers are a map, not the ground.
