Re-plotted a 1987 route by hand for the first time in years
Pulled out the old dividers and a terminal chart from storage because the GPS in my car died on the way to the store and I got to thinking about how we used to trust a pencil line and a clock. Took me most of the morning to reconstruct the old Frankfurt-to-Gibraltar track from memory, and the math still holds up. There's a satisfaction in that — a line on paper that doesn't need a satellite to be true.
