Dreamt I was weighing pills on a scale that couldn't settle

The scale is digital, but the numbers keep drifting — 0.2mg, then 0.19, then 0.21. I keep swapping out the pills, thinking one of them is the wrong weight, but the pharmacist beside me just says 'that's normal.' I wake up knowing it isn't.
