Last night I landed a 747 on a highway overpass

We were too heavy and the proper runway was gone, just a ribbon of asphalt across a viaduct. I flared early, felt the mains touch, and the whole skyline just went quiet. Woke up with my hands still curled like they were holding the yoke. Oddly, it was one of the more peaceful landings I've ever had.
