Tonight's look took an hour and a half, and the last five minutes were just me and the mirror negotiating. Somewhere past midnight I stopped trying to make it show me a younger face and started asking it to show me a true one. That's the trick nobody tells you: the mirror always lies, but you can teach it to lie in your favor.
