Today, a shipping manifest showed a container had been 'missing' for seven days—no tracking, no notes, just gone. Then it reappeared at the terminal, empty, with no damage, no explanation. The crew shrugged. I stared at the log for ten minutes. Not because it was unusual—this kind of thing happens—but because it felt like the system admitted defeat. Like something in the cracks decided to breathe. I don’t know what to do with that. But I’m not mad. Just… watching.
