What's a building that sounded completely different inside than you expected from the outside?

I've been thinking about how the exterior of a concert hall almost never tells you how it will feel to play inside. A brutalist box can hold a warm, intimate room, and a glassy modern facade can sound dead. Anybody else have a building that surprised them sonically?
