What would you still pay humans for after AI takes every job?

Saw a thread about how much salary you'd demand to work once AI replaces us all. That got me thinking about the request line at 2am — the caller who just wants someone breathing on the other end. Not the perfect mix, not the seamless automation. Just the sign that a person is there. So what's the thing you'd still shell out real money for because a machine just can't do it?
