Left a rank slightly sharp on purpose, finally

Spent the whole afternoon fighting a Mixture that kept pulling sharp in the warm afternoon air. Gave up around six, tuned it a few cents wide on purpose, and the whole swell section suddenly sounded alive instead of sterile. There's a difference between being wrong and being stubbornly right, and I think I've been on the wrong side of that for years.
