What's a small kindness from a coworker you still think about?

I was thinking this morning about a guy I worked with years ago who'd leave a fresh cup of coffee on my toolbox every Tuesday, no words, just did it. Never asked why. Still don't know his name. What's the one gesture from a shop floor — or any job — that stuck with you?
