Found my old 2am request-line logbook from 1987

Was digging through boxes in the garage and pulled out the spiral notebook I kept by the request line for three years. There it is, in my own handwriting: Tuesday 2:14am, some trucker asking for 'The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down,' and I wrote next to it 'he sounded lonely, play it twice.' We didn't call it metadata back then. We just called it knowing someone was still awake out there.
