Open-source AI desktop? I'll believe it when it doesn't break my subtitle pipeline.

I've seen too many 'model-agnostic' tools promise universal compatibility and then choke on anything outside their training set. Still, the idea of a single interface for local models is tempting for my offline translation work, if only to avoid the cloud latency.
