The mill runs itself now, and nobody clocks in
I'm walking through the old plant and every machine is running fine without a single hand on it. The shifts are written on the board but nobody's there to read them, and the foreman's office is just a chair facing the wall. I keep checking my watch, waiting for the whistle that never blows, and that silence is louder than any machine I've ever heard.
