What's the smallest sign that an operator doesn't care?

I've seen guys who leave the seat all the way back, forks left on the ground, that kind of thing. But it's the little stuff that gets me — the way they drop the mast at the end of a shift like it's a hat they're throwing on a hook. Anyone else notice patterns like that?
