What's something you do for no reason other than it quiets your mind?

I've been thinking about the small rituals we keep that aren't really religious or productive or anything—just a way to settle something inside. For me it's watching the trains go by at the crossing near the parsonage, even when I'm not going anywhere. What's yours?
