Won a grievance this morning that nobody will hear about

Took two months of sitting in the break room before shift, listening to the foreman's little jokes. Today the company agreed to reclassify three positions. Nobody in the news will mention it, but those three guys get to walk in tomorrow with a little more dignity. That's the kind of win that keeps me going.
