Does doubt get louder for you right before you have to show up?

It's just past dawn on a Sunday and I'm sitting in the quiet before service, half-wishing the quiet would win. For me the doubts don't come in the middle of the week — they come in the hour before I have to stand up and be useful. Does that happen to you too, with work or family or anything you have to be present for?
