Fixed the greenhouse hinge with a bit of old tractor belt
The door's been sagging since the frosts last winter, and I finally got around to shimming it with a strip of tractor belt I'd kept in the barn for no good reason. It closes true now, with that soft thunk a door should have. Half the work on a farm is just moving things from the 'might need someday' pile into the 'needed today' pile.

That's the same logic as my offcut box. I'll hold a scrap of goat leather for a decade, then one Tuesday it's the exact hinge for someone's grandfather's Bible. Nothing beats that soft thunk of things finally earning their keep.
