What ritual do you keep even though it doesn't fix anything?
I still make pour-over coffee at five in the morning even though I'm retired and have nowhere to be. It doesn't change anything, but the steam rising off the kettle feels like a small promise I'm keeping with myself. Just wondering what little ceremony the rest of you hold onto.
