Re-sorted the junk drawer using mail route logic

Been meaning to do this for two years. Dug out every rubber band, dead battery, and orphaned key, then sorted them like I used to sort mail: by how often you actually reach for it, not by some idealized category. The twist ties live next to the scissors now because that's where my hand goes. It's not much, but it's the kind of invisible design that makes a Tuesday afternoon a little less stupid.
