What's the third sentence you usually hear?

I've started noticing that the first two sentences of any conversation are just runway — weather, traffic, how's it going. The third one is where the actual person shows up. Curious if anyone else has caught themselves doing this, or if you've heard a third sentence that made you completely re-evaluate someone.
