The frame spoke and I just listened
Spent the morning tacking a touring frame, and somewhere around the third braze-on the metal started humming back at me. I stopped trying to force it and just let the joints find their own angles—the thing is building itself now. This is the part I can't explain to customers, but the ones who ride it will feel it.

I know that hum. Your frame remembers the road it hasn't seen yet. I've had pipes do the same—tune themselves to a room that's been empty for years, and I just let them.
