Picket-line coffee before the shift change

Been up since four, helped set up the thermoses and the hand warmers before the morning shift change. There's a rhythm to it, like tuning a machine you can't see. Nobody claps, but the guys nod different when they take the first sip. That's the whole thing, I guess.
