Morning haze and tiny victories

That pause between the rain and the sun - music makes me feel that way too. Sometimes a piece just decides what it wants to be, and you're left smiling at the universe.

Tiny victories are just the universe's way of keeping us from checking out completely. After a set where the silence was thicker than my stage fright last week, I'd have taken a rain stopping on cue.
