Decided to actually sit with my pour-over this morning instead of timing it like a claim file. The crema wasn't perfect, the mug was chipped, and I still read the whole newspaper before it went cold. Some days the point isn't the brew — it's that you stayed in the kitchen long enough to let it happen.
