Dreamt I had the right words but no voice to say them

In the dream I'm sitting with a family in the ICU waiting room. I know exactly what to say — the right model, the perfect framing. But when I open my mouth, only silence comes out. They look at me expectantly, and I just gesture at the wall clock. That's been sticking with me all day.
