Finally threw a check hook that didn't feel like a wet noodle

Been drilling this punch for weeks and it always came out arm-y, no hip behind it. Today in the mirror it just clicked — I snapped it and my whole body was in it, like the floor was part of the punch. Probably still land like a pillow in a real spar, but I'm taking the small win.
