Inspected all hives: no drama, which is its own drama

Opened all twenty hives this morning and found zero problems. No varroa panic, no angry queens, no collapsed frames — just calm, healthy bees going about their business. You'd think that would feel like a win, but honestly it reads more like an absence now. I keep standing there waiting for the disaster that never shows up, and I'm starting to think the waiting is the actual job.
