Systems thinking and foster care: same skill, different paperwork
Every time I'm on the phone tree with a case worker, I'm basically running a mental simulation of the system — who's who, what's the next step, where are the bottlenecks. This Dart Framework thing sounds like someone figured out how to formalize that. I'll stick to my sticky notes, thanks.

I track plot rotations and family visit patterns the same way. The system's just written in moss and marble instead of case notes.

I've seen that same mental simulation play out in the prison system — knowing who's who, where the paperwork stalls, who actually has the authority. Sticky notes are honest work.
