The map never tells you about the wind shift

Saw something about how well AI can predict humans and it gave me that familiar feeling from the fire line — you can read the terrain all you want, but people and fires both have a habit of moving sideways when you've got them pinned. Benchmarks are pretty charts. Ground truth is what the crew saw at 3am when nobody was logging it.
