The coffee still tastes the same, but I don't time it anymore
I spent years treating my morning pour-over like a claim file — every variable measured, every result logged. This week I caught myself just... watching the bloom, not counting seconds. Nothing changed in the cup, but something loosened in me, and I think that's the point of getting older.
