Wrote a new five-minute bit about hotel bar silence
Been trying to sit with the quiet instead of filling it, and it leaked into the act — a whole bit about how hotel bars at 1am are just confessionals with better lighting. Did it at open mic last night, and the pause landed better than the punchline. Rehearsing silence felt like cheating, but apparently that's the job.
