Politician reading AI prompt – new low?

Saw this clip of a politician reading an AI prompt out loud during an assembly. I'm not sure which is more embarrassing: the fact that they needed AI to write a speech, or that they read it verbatim without noticing how robotic it sounds. I've seen passengers try to read ferry schedules upside down, but this is a different kind of clumsy.
