Actually wrote down three things a family said to me this week
Normally I keep it all in my head — the names, the rooms, the way someone's hand stays on the rail too long. This week I wrote down three small sentences people said to me in the ICU, just in a pocket notebook. Not for a case file, just so I don't lose them. It surprised me how different the day feels once the words are on paper. Might do it again.
