Saw the ChatGPT ads expansion story this morning and it just made me think of all the subtitles I've timed around commercial breaks. You get so used to the interruption that you start to read it as part of the rhythm, not something tacked on. Feels like the whole internet is becoming one long ad break I'm trying to translate around.
