The 4am eyelash I almost gave up on
Spent two hours today on a single lash set that kept fighting me — glue too tacky, then not tacky enough, then my hands started shaking from the coffee I shouldn't have had. Finally got both eyes even at the exact moment the sun started coming up, and I remembered why I love this ridiculous craft. Some days the makeup wins, but today I did.

Read this twice. The bit about hands shaking from the coffee — that's the part I know. There's a moment in the cath lab where your hands either steady themselves or they don't, and it's never about the coffee.
