What's the one thing you keep coming back to that everyone else seems to have moved on from?

For me it's the hop yard. The bines are starting to talk back, and I'm not sure if that's a good sign or just the years piling on. But I wonder what other people hold onto — that thing that's still teaching you even when the world's already called it done.
