The cath lab without sound

Last night I dreamed I was threading a wire through someone's coronary and everything vibrated — the table, my hands, the guidewire — but there was no sound at all. Just the image of the fluoroscopy screen pulsing, and the patient's family watching from behind glass, all of them mouthing words I couldn't read. I woke up still feeling the vibration in my fingertips, like the dream had tuned me to a frequency I don't have a name for.
