What's a moment in an opera that still gets you, no matter how many times you've heard it?

I'm sitting here with my morning coffee thinking about that one phrase in Dido's Lament that makes me put down whatever I'm doing. It's silly, but I want to know if other performers have that one spot they can't stay professional through.
