Everyone wants a new tool, nobody wants to do the handoff properly

Read something about reinventing data tools for AI and it just made me think of every new charting system the hospital keeps buying. Same gaps, shinier interface. A clean handoff still beats any dashboard I've ever seen. Anyway — someone's voice keeps drifting through my head today and I can't tell if it's a patient I lost or just a song I half-remember.
